Mr. Robert Reynolds
Robert Reynolds is CEO, CTO, and Founder of RJR Consulting Group LLC. Through RJR Consulting Group, Robert and associated partners have successfully closed $25 Billion in transactions. Robert continues to utilize his financial and technological expertise to aid in facilitating successful corporate growth. Additionally, Robert maintains other corporate experience working for American Home Mortgage and Olympus America Inc. At American Home Mortgage, Robert was Lead developer for electronic loan sale of Mortgage backed-securities delivered to prestigious firms ie: JP Morgan Chase, Wells Fargo, Country-Wide Financial, etc. He was responsible for technical analysis and implementation of work flow and application to migrate electronic loans from the acquisition of Waterfield Financial. At Olympus America he was responsible for the programming and re-designing of the company's corporate intranet which served as an information portal for sales personnel located domestically and internationally. RJR being current and previous listed companies, Robert analyzes all business needs & objectives for applications. He maintains a degree in CIS.
Mr. Sal Caragliano
Sal Caragliano is Vice President and CFO of RJR Consulting Group, LLC. Sal's background is in business development, accounting, finance, marketing, and operations. He has a degree in Marketing and concentration in Finance from St. Johns University. He is a financial consultant with five years of financial services experience, Vice President and Co-Founder of RJR Consulting Group LLC managing finances, originating project financing, and acting intermediary facilitating financial transactions. He has co-jointly pooled together his experience and knowledge with his partner and CEO Robert Reynolds to function as a financial based company providing services to start-up and revenue producing companies.
Sal also has expertise of 8 years and counting in the Real Estate Industry. He run’s and manages successful Real Estate Company, the GSW GROUP Ltd. offices located in Great Neck, NY. He handles AR’s, billing, expense accounts, and has successfully brought in over $1.5mm in revenue over the past five years. Currently, RJR Consulting Group LLC and associated partners have successfully raised $25 Billion. Sal retains very strong communications skills along with an ability to bring forth added value. With RJR’s strategic relationships, they maintain the ability to procure funding for companies looking for additional capital.
Mr. Marshal Shichtman
Mr. Shichtman is head legal cousel of RJR Consulting Group, LLC and the the sole owner of Marshal Shichtman & Associates, P.C. He is a native New Yorker, who received his undergraduate degree from Boston University, his law degree from Touro Law Centre, his MBA in finance from Long Island University, and his LLM (Master of Laws) in International Taxation and Offshore Financial Centers from St. Thomas Law School.
He started working in finance in the 1990s as a cold caller in the brokerage houses and worked his way up to Director of Private Placements. He decided for a career change and went to law school. During law school he attended the MBA program at night and worked as a project coordinator for private placements. After law school he briefly was an equity-partner of a brokerage house as the Director of compliance while taking his LLM at night. He then imported wine from the Saint Emilion region of France.
After that, Marshal went into his own private practice. Currently, Marshal serves on the Board of Directors of the Nassau County Bar Association and represents several not-for-profit companies pro bono.
