Regulation S is a regulation by the SEC to control U.S. stock sold outside the United States. It allows companies to not register their stock sold outside the U.S., and makes it easier for foreign investors to purchase the stock of U.S. companies.
How the Reg S works: Restricted Stock for Cash
- We have over 600 hundred investors with millions of dollars looking for good Bulletin Board companies.
- They look for good stories
- They look for good websites.
- We look for companies with low trading volume.
- We break escrow every Tuesday and wire money to your bank account.
- Every Wednesday, we provide a list of shareholders that bought the stock so Stock certificates can be released.
- We invest between $1.5 million and $2 million.
- It takes 60 to 90 days to raise the full $2 million.
- The brokers sell your stock to investors at the bid price.
- In your filings you will be able to show restricted stock sold at the bid price.
- We want no registration statements filed.
- We want no Free Trading stock only restricted treasury stock.
- We need the stock to trade over $.40
- We can handle 1 to 2 new companies a month.
